Kombucha balances the pH of our skin, something that is important in treating acne. Skin eruptions are not contained to our teen years, and many of us carry acne well into our adult years. Kombucha can be used as a cost effective rinse for facial skin.

Lets take a step into another use for Kombucha. All puns aside, you can use Kombucha for a healthy foot soak. Althletes feet is a fungal infection, and Kombucha has good anti-fungal properties. Some people use a foot soak to detoxify, and Kombucha can be added or used following the foot spa process.
