Foods for Fat Burning Muscle Building Diets

By Caleb Lee

Exercise is vital to building muscle and also will help in loosing fat; however, you need to dig into those fat burning muscle building foods as well.

Take an Olympic sprinter for an example. They have huge legs, muscles twisting everywhere, skinny, built, and confident. Aren't these qualities something everyone wants?

The answers are simple. First of all, they won't be that expensive and if someday you feel like becoming somewhat of a garden grower or farmer, you will probably be creating these foods. Fat burning muscle building foods are the naturally grown foods, fruits and vegetables.

Fruits, for example apples, watermelons, lemons, and blueberries, are one of the best foods for losing weight. Containing low calories and high amounts of Vitamin C, which allows you to lose weight and get all your necessary nutrients, without inputting fatty, weight gaining foods into your body. Fruits are also acidic which helps break down food and also harder to break down fats. Vegetables are another fat burner, like cabbage, zucchini, carrots, and asparagus.

So, one may ask, what property do these foods have that make them fat burning muscle building foods. They key is cellulose, which is low in calories, but when they are broken down and digested, they act as fat burners, along with Vitamin C.

Once you get to a minute sprint, one minute recovery for the entire time, you can decide to lengthen your workout, creating progressive pattern, increasing the intensity to grow muscle and burn more fat. This is only optional and does not need to be done as you will still burn fat keeping at 1 minute sprints, 1 minute recovery.

Exercise is also important to helping out these foods. Exercise will boost the metabolism, creating a faster flow of these foods, burning fat faster.

Add interval training to your workout and diet to produce even better fat burning and muscle building results, only working out around 10-15 minutes longer. - 16650
