3 Easy Exercises That Will Help You Grow Taller

By Rodney Williams

Things always seem to get more complicated as time goes on, and it's no different with exercises. Where once you had maybe a few basic exercises to think about, now we have hundreds of different exercises and fitness systems to consider.

The good news is that when it comes to exercises that involve gaining height, simple is the name of the game, and these techniques often require no training equipment of any kind, and no real exhaustive physical workout. Perseverance and dedication to perform them as often as required are all it takes to gain those desired inches.

Here we'll detail three such workouts that you can begin to perform immediately with little fuss, and that will over time lead to increased height, possible posture improvements, and other positive health effects as well.

1. Side Stretch - The side stretch is a very simple technique, and one you perhaps already use, though probably not for the length of time that is required. It's very much like a common stretch after getting out of bed, hands linked.

With your hands similarly linked, stretch your arms up above your head, and then tilt them directly to the side, out as far as you can. Keep your back as straight as possible throughout this manoeuvre. Do this to each side of your body for 20-30 seconds at a time.

2. Lower Back and Buttocks Stretch - This stretch is performed while lying flat on your back. Reach for each knee and pull it up and as close to your body as possible, while keeping your back as flat on the ground as you can. Do this with each leg for 20-30 seconds.

3. Free Hang - This one is the hardest of the lot, requiring a bit of strength. Find any suitable location where you can hang above the ground with your hands. Once in position, let your hands and arms relax, as this will remove the tension from them and release it throughout your body. Do this for 20-30 seconds at a time.

These are just three effective techniques that can be used to add inches to your frame after a period of dedicated usage. Using any or all of these techniques, you should begin to see results within four to six weeks. - 16650
