Discover 5 Powerful Excessive Sweating Treatment Tips!

By R. Muldrake

Looking for an excessive sweating treatment? If you find yourself sweating more than usual even when there's no reason to be sweating at all, there's a chance you have a condition known as hyperhidrosis, its a condition that over 8 million Americans deal with every day.

Not to worry though, In my dealings with this myself, I have found several solutions which help keep you dry. If you feel like nothing has worked for you in the past, be sure you try these solutions out:

1. No More Coffee!

One powerful excessive sweating treatment is to simply lay off the coffee. Coffee is full of caffeine and sugar, two things which elevate your heart rate, make you more anxious and inevitably cause you to sweat a lot more.

In today's coffee culture, this is a tip which can work wonders for you if you frequent Starbucks.

2. Stop Drinking Alcohol

I know, I know! Alcohol is off the list too though. It dilates your blood vessels, raises your body temperature and thus causes more sweating. You need to cut back on the Friday night outings or that wine after a hard days work.

3. Water

Drinking more water believe it or not will cause you to sweat less, so long as its cold! It will help to regulate your body's temperature, which is what your body does through sweating. So if its being taken care of by the water, there will be no need to sweat.

4. Say Goodbye To Spicy Foods

Ya, spicy foods are a no-go as well. They aggravate your sympathetic nervous system and this results in your nerves signaling your body to sweat, it's a built in reaction. So cut out the yummy spicy Mexican, Indian and Chinese foods you love if you want to sweat less.

5. Sweat Pads

If all other excessive sweating treatment methods fail, you can try sweat pads! They adhere to the insides of your shirts under your armpits and absorb any sweat that drips out. They can be a real life saver. - 16650
